After proudly providing care in tandem with Hospice of the Finger Lakes for years, we merged in 2018, creating Hospice of Central New York and of the Finger Lakes. As we unify with a single location in Liverpool, we want to assure our friends in Cayuga County that quality hospice care will continue to be available.
In fact, this past year, we’ve provided 4,929 days of care to 119 patients in Cayuga County, and expect those numbers to increase in the next
year. We have also provided bereavement support to 108 family members, and our staff have covered 65,636.70 miles throughout the
county.
We are here for you to provide the quality essential care the Cayuga County residents need and deserve.
