We all know how meaningful it would be to create a time of hope, comfort, and peace for our most cherished loved ones on their end-of-life journey. For them to be in their own home, surrounded by a circle of love and care, with family and friends – even their own pets – and face this time with dignity. It’s personal – Hospice care is personal.
We at Hospice 
of Central New York and Hospice of the Finger Lakes understand how vitally important it is to meet our community’s most vulnerable population with the specialized care they need and deserve. We also know just how crucial it is to be able to work with and support their family members and friends so that they can play their part in that circle of care.
In the year to come, our doctors, nurses, social workers, home health aides, chaplains, and bereavement counselors will carry out the Hospice mission for over 1,400 patients and families right here in Onondaga, Cayuga, Oswego, and Madison counties. This cannot happen without your help.
