Step into Vince’s Gourmet Imports in North Syracuse and you are transported into a world of culinary delight! When you arrive at Vince’s you will be met with scents from an excellent deli, so many interesting Italian imported foods and beverages, and a super friendly staff. There is a nice area to sit and eat a meal while you listen to some authentic Italian music. Browse through the store for choices like fresh arancini, subs made fresh to go, pantry items, home goods, pastas, and so much more!
One thing that they might be best known for, however, is their culinary classes that fill up within minutes of being posted online. Some may say it’s the incredible meals you will learn to make, others might say it’s the ladies teaching the classes.
Donna, known as the woman with the great glasses and even better culinary talents has been teaching the cooking classes at Vince’s for over six years. Bella, who’s been an employee at Vince’s for over two years, has been a wonderful partner to Donna and has joined in to assist with the classes. Donna came up with a spice blend to use at their ravioli classes and, when Bella came on, she loved the blend so much she started using it at home and promoting it to customers.
The spice was such a hit they asked Sam, the owner of Vince’s, what he thought about putting it on shelves. Sam said yes and told them that $1 from every bottle sold would go to their charity of choice. Luckily for Hospice, both Donna and Bella chose us!
The spice mix aptly named BellaDonna Italian Seasoning is now available for purchase for $6.99 per bottle with $1 of every sale going to Hospice until the end of the year!
