Thank you to the Friends of Oswego County Hospice for securing a generous mini-grant from the Richard S. Shineman Foundation to provide “Comfort Care Bags” for the Oswego county patients that we serve. The canvas tote bags contain a handmade pillowcase, pill box, pill crusher, non-slip socks, a Word Search book, notepad and pen, ChapStick, and a travel mug with lid.
Friends of Oswego County Hospice is the giving hand to enhance the time patients and their families have together by providing financial assistance and volunteer support to the Oswego County Hospice Program.
