In-Person Grief Support Group – Fall 2026
Hospice of Central New York and Hospice of the Finger Lakes provides in-person grief support groups for our hospice and community families.
Our groups meet once per week for 6 consecutive weeks and are held at our office at 990 7th North Street, Liverpool.
Our next Grief Support Group will take place on Wednesdays beginning October 14 through November 18th (Oct. 14, 21, 28, Nov. 4, 11, 18) from 6:00 pm – 7:15 pm.

Pillow Making: Wednesday, September 9, 2026 – 5:30 – 8:30 PM
Fall Service of Remembrance: Friday, October 2nd, 2026 – 6:00 PM – Liverpool First United Methodist Church, 604 Oswego St, Liverpool, NY 13088
Memory Box Event: Monday, October 5, 2026 – 5 PM – For children, teens, and families

Ornament Making Event: Thursday, December 10, 2026 – 5 PM – For children, teens, and families
Virtual Holiday Support Group: Wednesday, December 2, 2026 – Two Sessions Available 11 AM and 6 PM (choose one)
In-person Holiday Grief session: Monday, December 14th at 5:30 pm

Our Service of Remembrance will take place in-person on Friday, October 2nd, 2026 at 6:00PM at the Liverpool First United Methodist Church. Please mark your calendar and plan to join us. Hospice Family Members will receive an invitation.
