In-Person Grief Support Group – Spring 2026

Hospice of Central New York and Hospice of the Finger Lakes provides in-person grief support groups for our hospice and community families.

Our groups meet once per week for 6 consecutive weeks and are held at our office at 990 7th North Street, Liverpool.

Our next Grief Group will take place on Monday’s beginning May 4 through June 15 (May 4, 11, 18, June 1, 8, 15) from 11:00am – 12:15pm.

Our Service of Remembrance will take place in-person on Friday, October 2nd, 2026 at 6:00PM at the Liverpool First United Methodist Church. Please mark your calendar and plan to join us. Hospice Family Members will receive an invitation.
