Our wish list helps to provide items to enhance our patient’s care as needed. All in-kind donations may be delivered to our office at 990 7th North Street, Liverpool during regular business hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm.
If you would like to assist our patients with a donation, items must be new, as we cannot accept used items.

Extra Large Clear Moving Storage bags (for storing nursing supplies in nurse’s cars)
Two Pocket Folders with 3 Prongs (for Hospice Bereavement Groups)
Black Ink Click Pens with Soft Grip (for Hospice Bereavement Groups)
Hardcover Journal Notebooks
*Gas, grocery and restaurant cards to provide help and respite to families
