North Syracuse Art Guild’s Show is Open

This juried art show offers the very best from local artists. There is a lot of diversity and excitement in this year’s exhibit. The North Syracuse Art Guild has been presented their exhibit at Hospice for over a decade.

The North Syracuse Art Guild was founded in 1966 by a group of north area artists to promote interest in the arts, provide stimulation for local artists and to encourage young artists. The Guild awards incentive scholarships yearly
to outstanding Cicero-North Syracuse Students interested in furthering their education in art. Guild members participate individually and as a group at art shows and exhibitions. Their works may be seen in malls, galleries,
libraries, banks, festivals, The New York State Fair, local businesses and private homes throughout the area. This year the North Syracuse Art Guild has been well represented in many art competitions.

Meetings are open to the public and held at 12:30 p.m. the third Wednesday of each month, September through June at NSEA, 210 South Main Street, North Syracuse, NY 13212. The Guild offers an “open painting” session at the same address every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The North Syracuse Art Guild Exhibit is free and open to the public at Hospice of Central New York located at 990 Seventh North Street, Liverpool, NY. You may visit any weekday from 9 AM to 4 PM, now through the end of September.
