Hospice of Central New York and Hospice of the Finger Lakes, along with other national, state and community organizations, continues its efforts to promote the importance of advance healthcare decision-making. Each year a national effort culminating in the formal designation of April 16th as National Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD) takes place.
As a participating organization, Hospice provides information and tools for the public to talk about their wishes with family, friends and healthcare providers. Here are the resources you can download that will help you get started on having your Advance Directives in place:
