Full Time position for PRIMARY RN/CONTINUOUS CARE.

Also we are accepting applications for per diem nurses for home visits.

Primary Nurses:

Education/Major: RN, BSN, and/or CHPN preferred

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years work experience as a professional nurse within the past five (5) years in a hospital, home care, nursing home, oncology, or medical/surgical setting.

Job Description:  Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the fundamental nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within established guidelines as an interdisciplinary team member and under general supervision.

Must have three to five years of work experience in a development setting. knowledge of fundraising fundamentals, gift processing functions, practices, and ethical principles of fund raising and standards of professional practice is required.

qUALIFIED CANDIDATE MUST HAVE Extensive knowledge of blackbaud raisers edge system including data input/export, ability to create queries and mailing lists for specified criteria, and ability to work extensively with the constituent records, existing reports, and gift acknowledgement capabilities.
